Do you offer refunds?
All freight charges are non-refundable once a shipment has been booked with a carrier or tendered for pickup. At that point, payments have already been made to the airlines, ocean carriers and trucking companies handling your cargo. Refunds are not issued for delays, port congestion, customs holds, weather or other events outside our control. Loss or damage is not covered by a refund. Carrier liability is limited by law and is often far below your cargo’s value, so every customer is offered cargo insurance and may choose to purchase it through the carrier. If you decline insurance, you accept the carrier’s standard limited liability. Billing errors will always be corrected.
What services do you offer?
Reliable Freight International handles international air and sea freight, overseas household goods moving, vehicle shipping by roll on/roll off and container, and commercial FTL and LTL trucking across the United States and Canada. We manage both imports and exports.
How do I get a quote?
Fill out the quote form on our website with your origin, destination, cargo details and timeline. One of our agents will contact you within two hours.
How long will my shipment take?
Transit time depends on the mode, route and season. Air freight typically arrives within days, while ocean freight can take several weeks plus port and customs processing. Your agent will give you an estimated timeline with your quote, but transit times are not guaranteed.
What documents do I need?
Most international shipments require a commercial invoice or packing list and valid identification. Vehicle shipments require the original title and proof of ownership, and household goods shipments require a detailed inventory. Your agent will confirm the exact paperwork for your destination country.

Yes. Reliable Freight International is licensed by the Federal Maritime Commission as an Ocean Transportation Intermediary (License #028838F) and is bonded (Bond #10121451).
